All Barker & Bone products are hand-made with care in small batches to ensure they are of the highest quality. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange or refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Any personalised items are exempt from this returns policy and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund, first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange an item (i.e for a different size), send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with your request accordingly.
5. RETURN DELIVERY
To return your product for either refund or exchange, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Return delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will include the original delivery charge to you. However, we are unable to offer reimbursement of original delivery charges should you return your order in part or for exchange. Although we will ship the replacement goods to you without additional charge.
If you are delivering items over £75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
